- Point PodSaid at an RSS feed or a YouTube channel. PodSaid transcribes every episode with Whisper, chunks the text by timestamp, indexes with embeddings, and serves answers through a 2-line HTML embed on your site.
- Cost
- Free tier under 100 feed items. Paid tiers start at $9.99/month for feeds up to 249 items and scale linearly to $59.99/month for feeds up to 3,500 items. Custom pricing above 3,500. Annual billing is 2 months off.
- Setup time
- About 5 minutes end-to-end: sign up, paste your feed URL, copy the 2-line snippet into your site. Ingest completes in hours for small feeds and up to a few days for large backlogs; visitors see a friendly placeholder until ingest is ready.
- Widget bundle size
- The widget bundle is 47 KB gzipped IIFE with 2.5 KB gzipped CSS inlined, no separate stylesheet request. Loads with the defer attribute so page render is never blocked. No page-speed regression.
- Supported embed platforms
- As of August 2026: plain HTML, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Rock RMS, Subsplash, React, and Next.js. Ghost, Vue, SvelteKit, Astro, and Angular are documented as coming-soon.
- Security model
- Public pk_live_* API keys are origin-locked at the API layer. A copy-paste attack from a domain not in the key's allowlist fails with a 403. Key comparison is constant-time. No cookies are set by the widget.
- Data & privacy
- Feed transcripts stay in Supabase Postgres. Visitor questions are logged for the feed owner only, never sold or shared. No third-party analytics or tracking pixels ride along with the widget.
- Affiliate program
- PodSaid pays affiliates 50% of a referred customer's first annual payment as a one-time payout. No recurring math, no clawback after 30 days.
